The last to close in the Southeast were Sugar in NC and Snowshoe in WV, which is typical. Snowshoe got one more snowstorm that made closing weekend, March 30-31, more fun than expected.

The Southeast's Ski Season Comes To A Close On Easter Sunday
It’s the last day of the season. Snowshoe Mountain Resort will shut down all things snow after today, and transition over to the mountain biking paradise that I’ve heard about.
