I have DOMS, which is weird. Delayed onset muscle soreness. If it's something I haven't done in awhile (first day skiing, first day of new workout), I'm fine the next day. But the day AFTER....
CBD lotion to the rescue. Stuff works (for me).
Interesting, I've never tried that, but I'd certainly give it a shot if others are finding success.
