Question: Sport Legs

I think they help. Obviously nothing is a miracle cure - if you're totally out of shape or really overdo things you'll still end up sore. But I notice when I take them that I tend to feel less sore than expected, or not sore at all when I thought I would be. Plus - it's just vitamins - so I feel comfortable taking them.

I like them, although I haven't used them in a few years. I found that you still have to rest as often, but you recover much faster. I always find myself crashing right after lunch, so I would take a couple while eating and found that it helped me push through the low point of my day.
