Wow, this, made me realize that I expanded the walls of my little box quite a bit last year.
I owe a lot of it to the influence of the Bears and Divas who nudged me to "just do it"
Places I've skied:
Michigan - Crystal Mountain, Caberfae Peaks, Missaukee Mountain, Boyne Mt, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob.
Vermont - Stowe, Okemo, K-ton
Colorado - ABasin
I'd say that was a big change from a year ago!

Almost forgot about that one! ;)
...Canada Olympic Park (okay, I know that doesn't really count)...
Sure, it counts! There's no height requirement for a ski hill. I totally forgot about the skiing/boarding at COP. Hey, if you can't take the time to drive out to the Rockies resorts, COP will suffice until you can. I guess I should add it to my "bobsled/skeleton, but no ski" list, since I spend at least a week every winter there.
Yep, it's the Ice House. I spent a week there 2 summers ago, helping coach some of our athletes. We did skeleton starts. Nakiska is set in some beautiful country out there!I did the luge once in the "Ice House" (I think that is what it is called). Not that that is really luge, just the start of it, haha. It was still really fun though! COP is more known for its park and half pipe than anything else now, I think. They do mogul comps every now and then as well. Usually if I don't have time to make it out the big places like Lake Louise I go to Nakiska!
