Oh wait. How could I forget the Connecticut area where I blew out my knee the first time?! And all the other CT ones...

CT: Southington, Powder Ridge and Sundown. I think. Possibly Mohawk, but I cannot recall for the life of me.

Not much going on here, but here's my list so far:

Wisconsin-

Cascade
Tyrol Basin
Grand Geneva
Wilmot
Alpine Valley
Christmas Mountain

Illinois-

Villa Olivia

Indiana-

Pines Peak

Michigan-

Crystal

Everything outside of Wisconsin has been a one time thing, though I'd like to return to Michigan. Pines Peak in Indiana I might do again, solely because it's a short (45 min) drive away, and the lift tickets are cheap, so it could be a good way to get some time in on weeknights. Then again, the lift tickets are cheap with good reason...the runs aren't even named or rated by color or difficulty. When I went I asked a liftie, and he pointed left and said "that side's for beginners" and then pointed right and said "that side's kind of interesting"

Greeley, where'd you ski in Illinois? Chestnut in Galena?

Yes, it was at Chestnut. We normally drive north to Minnesota since it is about the same time but an easier drive.

Hrm... my list is rather pitiful, but here goes anyway:

NH : Cranmore, Black Mountain, Loon, Attitash
ME : Sugarloaf, Sunday River
VT : Okemo, Bolton Valley, Mount Snow
CA : Sugarbowl

yup. That's it. Just 10 places in my 3 seasons.

Places I want/plan to ski:
Wildcat, Berkshire East, Windham, Gore/Whiteface, Saddleback, Jay, Tremblant, Owls Head/Mt Ste Anne. The ski area on Cape Breton that skis down to the atlantic... not likely but it's a want.
Whistler, Lake Louise, Fernie, Snowqualmie, Kirkwood/Mammoth, Alpine Meadows, Aleyska, Someplace in CO, Someplace in UT, Arizona Snowbowl.

Not nearly as many for me as some of you guys; hopefully I can make up for that as the years go on
Spreadsheet says:
From 2/23/05 - 3/17/07 I've been to:

New York:

Belleayre: 3
Gore: 2
Whiteface: 3
Windham: 1

Massachusetts:

Jiminy: 1

Vermont:

Killington: 4
Magic: 2
Mount Snow: 1
Stratton: 6

also attempted snowboarding once at Jiminy, before I tried skiing. It was icy, and I wish they'd made me rent a helmet as I spent the day flipping over and whacking my head. I haven't tried again yet...

IF i'm lucky we'll go to Belleayre one last time on Saturday; but it is AWFULLY warm today.

Oh, this is fun. Let's see...

CT: Powder Ridge, Mt. Southington (both are about 10 min from where I grew up)
MA: Jimimy Peak, Bousquet
NY: Hunter, Gore
VT: Mt. Snow, Killington, Stratton
NH: Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Attitash
UT: Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton
CO: Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone (though just for night skiing)

The CT places are from middle and high school, the MA places from college, and evertyhing besides those I've skiied since winter 03-04. Not too bad!

Next year we hope to add some places in Tahoe and some new places in VT -- maybe Mad River Glen and Jay.

I'm a homegirl when it comes to skiing:

All Utah resorts except Canyons (a.k.a. ParkWest before becoming a corporate megaresort)

Teton Village, Wyoming

I live 12 miles to my favorite (and secret places), so tend to hang close to home.

I'm pretty much a Colorado Gal. I've been to (but never skiied):
Lake Placid, Stowe

I can't count the number of times, but I can count the number of years.....

I've skiied for 38 years in Colorado at the following:
Vail, Berthoud Pass, Steamboat, Winter Park, A-Basin, Keystone, Loveland, Telluride, Sunlight, Sol Vista, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Snomass, Monarch, Ski Cooper.

This year I skiied for the first time outside of Colorado in Taos. Very different skiing for me! (But I enjoyed it!)

NH: Sunapee, Crotched, Attitash, Black, Gunstock, Cranmore, Loon, Waterville, Cannon, Ragged
