Oh NO. Ski trip this weekend and I'm SICK!

I don't know if you'll find an actual neti pot at the pharmacy, although you will definitely be able to find similar nasal irrigation things. I got my neti pot at Whole Foods, they had a couple of different ones, but in true diva style, I picked the prettiest.

If you can't get a neti pot, get a can of saline nasal spray (not the kind with decongestant-- you can get *addicted* to that and never get better. Just saline). Rinsing out the nasal passages really seems to help with the sinus stuff. The best is actually once-a-day steroid nasal spray (like Veramyst), as it opens clogged nasal passages and allows proper drainage. However, it's not OTC in the US.

I am also a big believer in hot tea, hot baths, and chicken soup.

I have been wicked sick on a couple of ski trips. . . but I always manage to power through. Here's hoping you're better soon!
