Those skis are going to be retired but......i'll just have some new one that are similar. When I get to Tremblant this weekend I'll get pics.

Be thankful it's not like some of the first brakes that came out. Pointed forwards or were under the toe piece!!

When we were kids, one of my older cousins had the first skis brakes we'd ever seen (we with straps around our ankles). Of course we thought it was the most amazing and cool thing EVER. Then he was goofing around getting off the lift and one ski popped off and shot straight into the woods and down the backside of the mountain, never to be seen again, at least by any of us!

I had ski straps around the ankle. Down right dangerous... really bad for a few reasons:
runaway skis if slipped from ankle and skis will hit you as you tumble down the hill.
