I know of too many people who have fake vaccine cards......so I'm assuming everyone is potentially a threat even in "vaccinated only" spaces.
Yep, that's my approach as well in general. Doesn't matter what the rules are for an indoor space or whether or not people are masked. I'm keeping my distance and avoiding "close contact" with people I don't know well in the same way in Nov 2021 as I was in Nov 2020, even though I and my family have been fully vaccinated for months.

Not really doing that much different than I used to during flu season when I was working and in an office midweek. There were some years after grad school that I didn't get a flu shot (inconvenience mostly) and I didn't get the flu. I'll mask up if it's required or most people are masked, but I don't worry about it when I'm going to be in a building for under 10 min total.
