Question: K2 Burnin Luv sizing question

I have a K2 Burnin Luv ski sizing question.?
I own the 2008 K2 Burnin Luv ski in a 153cm. I like to have a spare pair, due to my job (ski Patrol) . So I would like to buy the 2009 Burnin Luv but K2 changed the sizing. The sizes are now 149 or 156cm. Which way do I go up or down if I skied the 153cm before?
I am 5'3" 125lbs, advanced skier.
