OK, so I just started back at the gym after a long absence (ski season, then surgery). I've started working out on a machine by Life Fitness (I think) where the pedals go up and around like a bike and the arm pieces move back and forth. You can also pedal backwards. Dumb question, but is this an elliptical machine? I'm doing the cardio program for 15 minutes and am ready to up to 20. What a great workout, especially for the glutes, which I read are often not as strong on women as our quads which can lead to ACL injuries as a result
