drippy nose on the slopes

Some topics get left out, but this one is a real issue for me. Anyone else suffer this indignity?

This weekend I discovered that Benadryl, despite the warnings about drowsiness, works. Hooray!!!!!!! It only took three. And then two more at lunch. I was drip free, and NOT drowsy.

Does anyone know why cold makes the schnozz leak?

Hrm... I can definitely relate to this problem. However this weekend I didn't get drippy while out. I find when I tend to get really drippy is when it is colder out - this weekend at mount snow was not cold at all. I'm on allergy meds as is so figured if that could solve the problem I wouldn't have it to begin with... hrm...

The colder it is, the more my nose runs. Some cold weekends this winter I wiped it so much it was red and raw by the end of the day. I stuff my jacket with tissues, but I never seem to have enough.
My eyes get watery too...
I was afraid to use Benedryl, because I thought it would make me drowsy, but I guess that's not always the case.
