On Mountain Eating: What's Good?

Using the bar "would I go to this place if it were in Seattle," I think only the Roundhouse at Sun Valley wins. I love the big $4 tacos (taco with rice and beans=$5.25 and is plenty of food) with the big salsa bar at the Lookout at SV but I'm not kidding myself that it's truly great Mexican--not even close. It tastes good while skiing and the price is right. I remember a salad bar/buffet at Deer Valley that I liked but don't remember where it was (it was in a lodge not a hotel).

Snowbasin and the SV day lodges have very similar bathrooms. That same carpet (on the left) was in the lodge before the remodel. I've always been pretty cautious on the marble floors because they seem like they could be slippery, but I've never slipped.
