For something 'winged' but with your feet on the ground/ice mostly, you could try a kitewing! Sail with your skis on. This shop is run by friends of mine and close to Mt. Sunapee in NH (they are in RI in the summer. Reverse snowbirds like me). https://kitewing.com/
