What is your normal ski breakfast?

Coke with ice and a couple of Red Vines, sometimes a little Debbie's cosmic brownie! good stuff! I save my real eating till after skiing. But I tey to drink a lot of water during the day you don't realize how dehydrated you get in the cold.

I usually do the coffee and egg mcmuffin thing, but more recently I've been experimenting with various options.

For instance, I felt particularly strong after a breakfast consisting of RockStar energy drink, a banana and a bag of mini-donuts. I also do better, I think, if I have a light lunch early rather than a larger lunch later.

Occasionally I'll get the hunger shakes, so I usually keep a little bit of candy in my pockets for a quick fix.
