Wanna go for a spin?

Has anyone here tried spin class?

Do you know what spin class is?

I love bike riding so spin class was a no brainer for me.
I hadn't been to a spin class since spring, so I knew I would get my butt kicked when I went this morning for the first time in months.

I must say.......I feel better today than I have in weeks. I will be doing this at least 3 days a week!

Years ago I took a spin class. It was then way beyond my fitness level, but no more. However, I love to bike outdoors, not indoors.

But it's been drippy every day here for a week or so, thus getting out on the bike has been difficult. So, I've gone back to the gym. I rediscovered the spin class bikes sitting unused in a classroom, and just hopped on one and did my own thing. Not as great as being out on the road, but still provides quite an endorphin rush. Those machines are so much better than the regular stationary bikes, both upright and reclining.

I don't think I'll be able to get to the spin classes. I like to show up on my own always changing timetable.
