Update on Hubby ski purchase

So the hubby bought the used K2 Axis skis. Lovely skis, in relatively good shape except for one ding that we're having epoxied. Camber's good, and--yay--the guy he bought them from had the same boot size, same general height and weight, so the only thing that needs to be changed on the bindings is the setting (Hubby is *so* not a 7!).

Paid $150 for them.

We've got our passes, now we've both got skis, he just needs to find a helmet, and there needs to be snow on the easy runs at Timberline so he can practice with his new babies! Given today's storm, though, I'm betting it won't be long, and I'm itching to try out T-line's new Still Creek Basin runs....:ski2:
