I skied the limited terrain again at Killington today. Pure joy. There may only be 8 runs open, but they are in fantastic condition. (Except the turn at the bottom of Great Northern that has been icy since opening day.) We had light snow falling all day, the snowguns were blowing hard all over, and it really had the festive feeling ski season is here.

Now for the great news. Killington is trying hard to get Snowdon ready for top to bottom skiing. They aren’t promising Saturday, but I would not be surprised if the walkway closes by Sunday giving us top to bottom skiing at last! The guns were blazing on the Learn to Ski area at Snowshed, too.

I will try to post photos later.
