I just picked up a Total Gym off of craigslist for nearly nothing. We use one at pt, and the price was good enough that it'd be worth it even if I only used it for part of my pt routine, and it seems like I'd get use out of it aside from that. It didn't come with an exercise guide or dvd, but that shouldn't be much of an issue. At the moment I'm just planning to use it for upper body, aside from the pt exercise.
