I got a Swix Luggage set when I attended the Wine Women and Wax event at Brick Wheels two years ago. Needless to say, I've used the set a LOT!!!
After the trip to Abasin, I realized I had a tiny tear in the seem of the main gear bag, but had forgotten about it. When getting my stuff out a few weeks ago, I remembered it and found that it was a bit larger than I had thought.
I asked the folks at Brick Wheels about a source to repair it, but they offered to send it to Swix to see what they would do.
I got a call Monday that my bag was in(only 1 1/2 weeks!!).
Went to pick up the bag yesterday, and found a brand new 2009 Swix Gear Bag!
