Yay!

I have a commitment on that Saturday, but I will be wherever is open is on Sunday the 18th.

What would be amazing is if we can get in a day or two the weekend before, too. I'm super-curious to hear what date Mt. Snow ultimately aims for with all those new fan guns. Still no word from them other than "as soon as possible":

Oh, and I just noticed that the Mt. Snow snow report ends with:
"I'll be seeing you on the hill sooner than you think."

How they tease me!!! ;)

For the past 2 years, Okemo has posted an early target date for opening, but hasn't been able to open quite that early as conditions haven't permitted. Maybe this year will be different! My first day that I have set aside for skiing is Tuesday, November 27 and I'm hoping that Okemo or Stratton has snow so I can use my mid-week pass!

We'll be in Miami (where my husband's fam is) for Thanksgiving, so if we can't get out the weekend of the 17th, I won't ski until DECEMBER. I don't know if I'll make it that long. ;)
