Motels at Stowe

We're thinking of heading up to Stowe this weekend if it looks like better snow than southern VT. I've never been there before though.

Does anyone know of any cheap motels in the area. Prepared to stay a bit of a drive away from the mountain to save money.We have almost no standards to accomodation as long as we have somewhere to sleep after skiing

The Best Western in Waterbury is pretty good. About half an hour from the hill, but right off I-89. It's not too expensive (at least it isn't non-holiday during the week) and the rooms are decent. Close to Ben & Jerry's, too!

The Riverside Inn is about a five minute drive from the slopes.
