Yes, the Alpenlites. I bought the black ones. At that price I figured I could take a chance.
I absolutely HATE the thick, kind of puffy pants I've been wearing this winter. I think these new ones will be much more comfortable, and just perfect for my upcoming trip to Whistler.

I have these. They run a tad large. Which is odd, since the jacket runs small 
These are my snow clearing clothes (since the pants fit but are kinda unflattering - still, for that price? why not). Sahalie's brand name Alpenlite jacket is bulletproof. I don't wear it skiing because it doesn't breathe as readily as I'd like, but it's a GREAT kick-around jacket (I don't wear ski clothes for anything but skiing) and a great deal right now. Heads up on the size though - I have an older one in medium that's fine, got another in M, it's snug. (We have an outlet store in North Conway, NH, that regularly sells this stuff wayyyyyy less even than website).
