I've stayed here several times over the last 15 years, but when it was under different ownership. It was then known as Pepper's Lodge & Restaurant; now it's Slide Brook Lodge & Tavern. While it meets your price criteria, I have to warn you that the cheapest rooms really consist of just enough room for the bed(s). 
I've also stayed at the Sugar Lodge, which is larger and more spacious.

I've stayed at Sugarlodge and it was nice. A lot of the guys on AZ go to The Golden Lion (the owner is a member on AZ). Pretty basic, though a cooked breakfast is included.
