How to Sneak in a Workout

A lot of times I find myself searching for an elevator - whether in the mall, at school..etc.

You don't realize how out of shape (you) are until you finish the flight of stairs. I have a few classes on the 4th floor on campus and by the time you look for the elevator or wait in line for it (there's always a crowd near it and it is always hidden in a corner, hard to find) you could have walked the flight of stairs.

I definitely agree that walking a flight of stairs is a "sneaky" workout. The only thing is, if you are in a work environment you don't want to start off a sweaty start.
