Some of you have probably heard of Bumps for Boomers at Vail. The focus is helping older skiers (over 50) work on easier ways to ski bumps so that they can ski more off the groomers without a lot of extra effort. In a recent email they said they are are considering a clinic based on the same fundamentals for people who prefer to stay on groomers. See below for the description and a contact email.
New! We are exploring options for a new clinic focused on teaching our Ski For Life™ Foundation Skills: better balance, more control, and less fatigue using techniques that are easy on knees and back and don't require fast reflexes. This clinic will be for skiers who prefer to ski on groomed runs. What do you think? Comments, questions and referrals are welcomed and encouraged. Please e-mail us at "[email protected]". We expect to pilot this program in late January and/or late February, possibly at Snowmass.
