I can't help buy feel that this is too ambitious and that there is a significant element of greed at play here. We are far from being out of the woods with the economy. What happens if the developers run out of money or can't get continuing financing?
Are there buyers out there for all those new condos?
And of course there are the environmental considerations, although I somehow doubt the developers care very much about those.....
