Some of you ladies are familiar with Weems Westfield, in fact a few of you were a part of his group at ESA.
For those of you who are not familiar, he is ESA Head Coach for the Aspen Snowmass ESA 2007. He has a way of connecting the personal inner energy with the sport.

Weems has agreed to be interviewed for a podcast, and EpicSki has opened a thread to post questions you may have for Weems.
