Anyone with Head Fast Thangs or skied them?

I bought these last year and I have to say that I do NOT like them. I'm not a fast skier on steeper stuff and these turn like a mack truck. They seem to only do nice turns when going fast.

Has anyone else tried them? What did you think? What kind of skier are you?

I think I'm going to have to try something else for next year. I fought with these things all year and almost went back to my old straight skis.

Still a couple of weekends of skiing left at Boyne Mountain if you want to come up and try out some of my skis, or maybe even volklgirls.

I found that with all of the Heads I demoed this year.

• Slow = Ick
• Fast = Yay!

With a 10m radius, though, those should whip off turns until you're breathless. Sounds like it's time for you to do some demoing to find "your" ski.

Boyne mountain is open until 4:30 this coming Sunday. Then closed during the week days, reopening for the weekend Next week 20th ish, for the final weekend.
C'mon up!
