Anyone else got a displaced vertebrae ?

Crikey so along with all my leg injuries it seems I also have a displaced vertebrae
Back in 2020 at the end of the season I felt my back go pop , they diagnosed the displacement and after around 6 weeks it came right and has been pretty good ever since until this last season when it went again fairly early on but me being me I just pushed on through.
Anyhow It's just been assessed again and although it hasnt moved (which is good) I've been sent away for more intensive physio, mainly strengthening my core.

Has anyone else got this and if so how do you manage it ?

Try water therapy/water aerobics/swimming. But yes core strengthening is the way to go.
Time for me to convince Hubby to put that pool in :laughter:
I went and saw the specialist last week and along with swimming he said walking on the flat is also good, no hills though and my exercycle is also out as hurts my back to much.
Also so long to my summer of paddle boarding and learning to surf
Its not at the stage for surgical intervention yet so its going to be a try and fine my lane situation and stick to it.
Thankfully skiing is in that lane !!
