Tennis Elbow?

How is your elbow doing? I've had bouts of tennis elbow on both the left and right for the past 15 years or so. I've worn wrist braces at night when sleeping (and occasionally during the day) which helped a lot. Now I'm so well trained that I can sleep without the brace and keep my wrists straight. I did see a PT for a while and was told since I get it so often that I need to strengthen the muscles above and below the tendon. I have a few exercises I do regularly at the gym and they seem to help. I'm also really careful with certain types of movements especially when they require a lot of strength or use heavy weights. Sorry to be late to the thread!

It's OK. Really the whole thing is pretty low-level so I was ignoring it for a while until it dawned on me that it wasn't just magically going away and that a while had turned into a long time. Probably several months, at least. I think the band is at the limits of what it will do for me and I need to add the next step, so I guess I need to look at exercises, too. I've been ignoring low-level plantar fasciitis for years now so you'd think I'd know that magically healing doesn't really work.
