I have big hips and large legs, so I find the bootcut styles are usually too tight in the thighs for me. I bought a pair of the bugaboos, and while they fit well in the waist, they are so constricting around my thighs that I can't even bend over to attach the leashes to my boots (tele skier here). I found some softshell snowpants from Freecountry that have some stretch to them, but they are also bootcut and have the same tightness through the thighs, while I'm swimming in the waist. I even went up a bigger size to see if that would help, but the legs still seemed to be the same width. So I tolerate the Freecountry pants when I feel like it, and other days I just wear the Land's End Squall snowpants that make me feel like a marshmallow. I just found a site yesterday for snowmobile gear for women called Divas Outerwear, and they had a few bib styles (what are what I REALLY want!) in sizes XS through 5X. I ordered a pair of their "Lace" bibs, and am anxiously awaiting their arrival. Keeping my fingers crossed that they fit! I was also encouraged to see that they offer what looks like some serious tech, wind/waterproof, uninsulated tech-style pants and jackets as well. I'm going to see how the bibs fit, and if they fit well, I may spring for a set of the tech stuff as well, for back country pursuits!
