Ok ok I know, I know!!
Taking a long weekend to Beaver Creek & Steamboat this weekend. Friday thru Monday.
I'm picking up the Volkl Bridge (169) from Highlands to demo all weekend, so I should have a full report upon my return! A friend of mine has the Bridge & he says they're great in the Pow & he loves them. He's also 6'4"...so who knows.
I get 50% off demos thru work - so for another few bucks I might as well really test the waters before I purchase.
A few notables on the difference between the Mantra & Bridge.
Mantra
: 133 - 96 - 116 radius: 18.2
Bridge: 130 - 92 - 112 radius: 17.9
The Bridge is even skinnier than my Nancys - So I'm curious to see how they float in the deep stuff. With 4 days to ski on them, I'm sure I'll find out! I'm bringing the Nancys too...just in case.
