Losing diet pills.

For anyone who's ever considered using diet pills, one word: don't.

The FTC just fined four diet pill marketers a collective $25 million for making false claims. Despite this, these items are going to remain on the shelves. It's really pitiful how these companies prey on people by creating false hopes, while potentially ruining their health.

If you want to lose weight, nothing beats a healthy diet and exercise. But of course, all of us here already knew that. :D

One of the fastest growing businesses in the world - Diet/Weight loss. More money is spent on this then regular medicine. Like SkiDiva says, most don't work. There is NO MAGIC PILL. Eat sensibly and exercise.
