Telluride suggestions

So, one of my western trips will be to Telluride this March. Anyone who's been have any restaurant suggestions? Lots of people say that Cosmopolitan is good . . . . Mostly I like pretty casual type places--I'm looking for places that I don't need reservations. Steak, Mexican, Italian or simple bar type food suggestions??
Thanks!
