Stio Jacket on the way

Motivated by DH's new snazzy ski coat (purchased with much encouragement from Divas and Mr. SD at Stowe), I ordered a Stio jacket (sale priced):

I usually won't pay Stio prices (formerly Cloudveil, JH), though my son had an in there when he lived in JH and loved their jackets). So when I saw the mark down, I bit.

Does anyone know about this jacket? I'll send it back if it's not right for me (looking for a early/late winter jacket, not too warm, but not too thin.)

I have a Land's End that looks just like that. It's amazingly warm. Fingers crossed - that's a good price!
