YOWZA... but also great? Foam rolling tip!

I didn’t realize how tight my inner thighs were until I did this. Take a foam roller, hold it with your thighs (between your legs) just above the knee.

Now, alternate your knees bending. Move it up 1-2 inches at a time. Repeat.

I have been rolling my IT band, but I had not been able to roll that adductor. HOLY MOLY.

Yep, nothing like the uncomfortable magic of a solid foam roller!

I did take my full size foam roller on a cross country trip in 2019 but was driving. When I'm flying I bring along this http://thestick.com/products/ Which is actually even better than a foam roller for getting in the hip flexor.
So much body maintenance.*sigh*
Yes those are great. My friend always brings hers.

A lacrosse ball is also a nice travel accessory. You can get alllllll the little knotty nooks and crannies with that and it’s small and super portable. I used to travel with one when I had a big travel job. (Remember those?)
