So who out there has already skied their last day? When was it?

Who's got a lot of skiing left?

Who's still skiing but knows when the last day'll be, and it's soon?

(This thread could also be known as "who to commiserate with, who to envy" ;) )

Noooooo! It's not over!!

I think I can ski until May. At least I hope so! I am planning to go to Mammoth, CA for five days at the end of April. But still praying I come home to one last good spring weekend at Killington...

My last day of skiing will be April 14th or 15th. I'm going to a Technique Week being held at Beaver Creek & Vail that week. I'm really excited and I just **hope** that the snow is still good!

I have 5 days in Crested Butte 3/29-4/4 - that will be the end of my season. Most of the local areas have closed.

We're still going strong here, but the R word is in the forecast for this week. So, we'll had to see. Tremblant closing is April 16th. So there are 4 more weekends maybe. And one is a long weekend!!!! After that its time to spring clean, clean up winter stuff and get ready for summer!!

March 16th was my last day. I have to plan my vacations too far in advance to want to risk a really late spring trip.

April 7th will be my last day at Snowmass. We are hoping for a week of warm temps, sunshine, corn, & slush. Although I wouldn't object to a hugh spring snowstorm...

Over, due to injury and local resorts closing. :( I think Liberty and Roundtop are still open this week, but that's probably going to be it. My last day was this past Sat. While it was a great day, my quad was pretty sore that night through to Monday. Ah, well. Time to start focusing on biking and skating.

My husband and I are headed to Banff to ski Sunshine and Lake Louise the first week of April. Still plenty of snow out there.
I hope we'll still have some skiing when we get back, though. I'm not ready to stop yet!

For me, it's going to be April 6. I've promised my husband I'd start making the rounds with him on his book tour, so that looks like the end for me.

I hate to even think about it! :(

I just had an awesome day flying down the groomers at Stratton today -- 6 1/2 hours on snow in sunshine with cool temps. It was the Vermont US Open and I watched some of the boyz doing their big air slopestyle practice and practicing in the superpipe. Very inspiring.

I plan to ski Stratton Sunday, Smuggler's Notch 3 days at the end of next week (will miss you Divas at Okemo unfortunately), and April 8 again at Stratton if weather and conditions cooperate. That's probably it for me for the season. Today was day #23 so I'm not complaining given how late a start we got this year.:D

Going strong but over soon in NH??

The conditions at Gunstock NH were beautiful today, in fact perfect---beautiful blue sky, excellent snow, perfect temperature (maybe 30?).

Warm weather will arrive tomorrow and continue through the end of next week, with winterlike temperatures returning the week of April 2, so there's still hope for skiing in New Hampshire.

When Gunstock gets too warm I head north to Bretton Woods, which is always considerably colder, especially at night. BW always advertises a closing date in May, but they don't mention that by then you'll be skiing on rocks interspersed with slush puddles. :-)))

Most areas in NH don't seem to have announced a closing date, as far as I can find.

Alas, my last day was March 16th . . . . :( However, I did have a very enjoyable season, and I am very proud of the progress I made returning to skiing after major knee surgery. So, all in all, it was a very good ski season.

And to cyn: enjoy Sunshine and Lake Louise - it is really beautiful there with lots of great skiing. Ah, the memories . . . .

We just booked plane tickets for 5 days in Colorado, April 6-11. Imperial Superchair, here we come! Woo!

Also heading up to VT this weekend, provided it doesn't rain *too* much over the next few days. Will likely take the weekend after that off, then CO, then that's it. :( Looks like we'll finish with 28 days, which I think is pretty good for weekend/holiday only skiers.

Only 8 months 'til November.

Yesterday I skied with my hubby and the SkiDiva. We broke a record that my hubby has been keeping for most runs and verticle feet in one day. (That's how he knows if he had Fun!) We know we had fun by the smiles on our faces. So, Okemo at least still has good days left. Don't give up too soon.

Closing date at Taos is April 8th, so the end is near. (Many resorts out here are on national forest land, so opening and closing dates are according to the forest schedule, not whether they have snow or not).

Hoping for a last blast of fresh snow this weekend, but I'll be there at the bitter end regardless. :o

Hoping to sneak one last day at Belleayre in this weekend; after that it will probably be getting too warm for any place close enough for us, and we'll be counting down to next year. I hope this weekend works out; I'm not ready to quit trying new things for the year!

My last day was March 3rd. The resort where I have my pass closed last thursday. Normally, we get the most natural snow in Feb/March, but it has been really really dry this year. We're back into fire season now.

I think my last day will be Sunday...that's when my home mountain closes. However, I'm going somwhere on Saturday, just don't know where yet. Possibly Pico or Mt. Sunapee. Any suggestions for a Southern VT/NH ski resort that doesn't get overly crowded on beautiful weekends? Anything within 3 hours of Connecticut would be great

April 15 is LDS day (Last Day of Skiing ;-) ) at my resort.

We will likely get a big snow at least one more time, so if it's after LDS day, then I want to hike up to get some fresh shots.
