Women's night at SierraJim's November 17th!!

Some of you may recall a night out that Volklgirl and I attended last year at BrickWheels, called Wine Women and Wax

When I posted my event reports on it, I was enthused at the prospect of luring women into the passion of the sport.

This year Sierra Jim of SierraSnowboard is having a similar night out for women at his ski shop, which will include a presentation by Jeanie Thorne. I don't live close enough to attend, but would encourage anyone who does live close enough to grab a girlfriend and enjoy this night out.
Here are the details from the email notice I received.

"Ski Like a Girl"
You can improve your skiing before you ever hit the slopes this year. Join us this Saturday Nov 17th for an entertaining seminar about women's skiing and equipment. The presenter will be Jeannie Thoren, one of Skiing Magazines 100 most influential skiers, and generally considered to be the "Guru of Women's Skiing" The event kicks off at 4:00 with a wine and cheese reception with the presentation getting underway at 5:00. Jeannie will also be doing one on one consultations following the event and the following day.

In conjunction with the seminar we will be having a special sale offering women's ski gear @ 30% off of MSRP.
If you register before the event and you will be entered into a drawing to win a free pr. of Dynastar Skis. Several attendees can be registered with a single e-mail just list their names on the RSVP. (must be present in person to win)
