A or B?

Select the mountain you prefer, A or B. Then post two new mountains for the next poster. You don't even have to have skied there; it can just be the one you'd like to go to more than the other.

I'll get it started:

a) Steamboat
b) A-Basin

OK I'll bite - A Steamboat because I haven't been there yet. Lets go east

A. Whiteface
B. Jay Peak

Wait a minute -- you have to post which one you prefer from the post above first, then your new A & B choices!

B: Jay Peak

Also never been but keep hearing good thing about it. Whiteface is TOUGH, but mostly in a icy way.

A: Beaver Creek
B: Keystone

God help me, but Beaver Creek. The trick is look beyond the multi-multi million dollar houses and the escalator that takes you to the lift (I mean, come on now!). They really have some nice terrain. Plus they meet you with chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate at the end of the day. (Hey, I'm easily bought.)

A) Killington
B) Sunday River

I have to say SundayRiver
Though I have a deep desire to really conquer Killington, I really like the Kircher family and what they have done with all of the Boyne USA properties. I have a feeling good things are in store for Sunday River.

A) Jackson Hole
B)Big Sky

Big Sky, which is a tough choice since I'm dying to go to Jackson Hole, and have been twice to Big Sky which is a great mountain (a Boyne USA property as well).

A. Okemo
B. Mt. Snow

Okemo - Never been there, have no idea what it's like but I've read really good things about their women's cliinics

Squaw or Kirkwood?

Copper.

Let's go back to cyn's earlier post, since it kind of got skipped over:

A) Fernie
B) Sunshine

Sunshine (never been to either place, but I like the name of this place) :D

Telluride or Monarch Pass?

Telluride! I was there once and loved it. I would definitely go back. If I ever win the lottery, I would buy a place to live there.

Now the next choices:

Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows?

You do NOT have to justify liking to ski at Beaver!!

BC rocks, I mean, no one can say it's a soft mountain, even with the free cookies and the escalator, Birds of Prey downhill!!
:D

Squaw Valley.

a. Whistler
b. Blackcomb

;)

So I'll settle it and say Whistler/Blackcomb!

A: Sugarbush
B: Stowe

Stowe.

(actually not been to Sugarbush but it's kind of out of the way...)

Taos or Jackson Hole?

I'd love to go to Jackson Hole

Searchmont
or
Mt Bohemia?
