Busy night (and day, for that matter!), so likely will be something like chicken nuggets, taters of some sort, veg. No time...

Alright, you girls are making me look bad here!

To be honest, hubby has the palate of a 3 year old. If I made something fancy, he'd turn his nose up at it and refuse to eat it. Heck, he doesn't like: onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic (except on garlic bread), zucchini, eggplant, squash (other than yellow crookneck summer squash), and so on and so forth. So we're mostly into easy Italian or American fare here. Your dinners do sound interesting, though!

Tonight it's chicken kiev (M&M's brand), salad and some rice for DH. I'm on the low carb thing, trying to rid of 10 lbs before ski season. So no rice.

My mouth is watering!! There's some pretty good chefs at ski diva!! I just got back from shopping and I'm thinking of making my simple lasagne for dinner tomorrow...I have a fancy lasagne (Ina Garten recipe) and a simple lasagne that my friend showed me how to make with just Italian sweet sausage, mozzeralla (already shredded), ricotta (of course), spinach and marinera (cheap kind from a can)....I look forward to seeing that butternut squash pasta Robyn!! That sounds good!!

My best friend is bringing me dinner, so I picked Italian. Either lasagna or baked ziti, I think.

Jambalaya, with some leftover pork shoulder. We love one-pot beans and rice dishes.

grilled chicken thighs and stir fried squash... about as quick and easy as it gets! We always have to do quick and light meals on Mondays... swim class in 30 min, don't want to sink!

Ooh, that sounds yummy. I love salmon, but rarely buy it to make at home. Not sure why, since it's so easy. Hmm, now that I think about it, I think there's some in the freezer...

Oh well, eating leftover lasagna tonight. Dinner out with the girls tomorrow, and then garlic basil pork chops with roasted butternut squash and couscous that a friend brought over for me on Friday!

Ummm, cheap neighborhood Mexican restaurant! Mmmmmm. I could eat Mexican food every day. In fact, I think I might eat it every day.

tonight was meatloaf (supposedly a "tavern on the green" recipe), french fries, and peas with a glass of red wine (charles shwab "2 buck chuck"). Tomorrow...I think chicken taco's (with some more 2 buck chuck). And some skinny cow for dessert.

That sounds delicious!!!

Tonight: beef stew is going in the slow cooker. The potatoes didn't look good, though, so I'm picking some up later that I will bake and serve the stew over.
