What are you looking forward to most in '07/'08?

For me, this is easy -- Diva Week in Solitude! It's going to be so much fun, ladies! Hope you can come!

But I'm also looking forward to:

• Meeting and skiing with more Divas (other than at Solitude);
• Trying out my new powder skis -- I got a pair of Queen Attivas at the end of the season without even demoing them (I know, I know -- but the price was too good to pass up!);
• Getting to some new ski areas;
• Just SKIING!!!!!

OMG, the banana on skis is awesome!

I'm looking forward to skiing on new skis, with new boots and custom liners which should significantly improve my performance.

I'm looking forward to starting the season in shape as I've been training this summer and will ramp it up this Fall. The past 2 summers since I've started skiing I've done little exercise, and it really lead to a crappy start of the season....

I'm looking forward to reaching my new goal of ski days (30) after skiing 26 last season.

I'm looking forward to getting into the park with a coach this season.

I'm looking forward to getting to know Okemo on weekdays with my Stratton/Okemo Super Midweek pass.

I'm looking forward to seeing my kids take off this season (it will be their 3rd season) skiing and riding.

I'm looking forward to Big Sky and gaining more confidence on the mountain, especially with the powder skis (Solomon Scarlets) that I'll be taking this time.

I'm looking forward to ESA Stowe and meeting Bears and Divas.

And of course, I'm looking forward to meeting Divas this season!

I'm looking forward to SKIING with The Boy. He just bought skis last season and he pretty much told me he'd probably be mostly skiing this year. He can already beat me at skiing backwards but I blame that on the fact that his skis are twintips and mine are carving skis, so we'll see who can win the mogul game...
