Great news! I hope there are no complications, but maybe you could have them close after he graduates since that would seem a bit crazy to close/have to move right as your DS is graduating... but that's just me! So now you can start house-hunting in NH! The good news is that what I've seen up in the "skiing areas" is that house prices are falling like mad as all the people who bought vaca homes can't afford them anymore. Good luck!

so far so good. we agreed on a price and will sign the P&S tomorrow. Then they need to schedule a home inspection which means I need go go buy/install 2 carbon monoxide detectors.

hmmm...should I make the next mortgage payment or not? Guess I'll call the bank tomorrow and see what they say. For the record, I HATE this bank. They bought out the bank we were using that we loved and it's been down hill ever since.

My list of what I need to be doing is getting quite large! Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm gonna need them all!
