Wave skiing: new off season venture?

I know we're just getting into the ski season, but a friend posted this video on my wall on FB yesterday and I thought it too cool to not share with the Divas! Yes, you can surf and yes, you can water ski: but this is wave skiing!

Note that he's wearing ski boots, he's clicked into bindings on the skis AND he's using poles! How cool! I've never been successful with water skiing, maybe with this I can be! LOL Even if just behind a boat.

On a side note- he can take me out water skiing anytime! ;-)
