Lucky Woman!!!

That would be me!!!! I would say that I'm jealous of NVG, but I spent today skiing in Vail with Mermer Blakeslee and I have to tell you that it was one of the all time highlights of my skiing experience.:yahoo:

Snow was fantastic, beautiful sunny day and Mermer is the all time best instructor that I have ever experienced (and I've experienced quite a few). She is an incredible diagnostician.

She may offer her clinic next year in Vail, so if you have a chance ladies, don't miss it. Whether it's called a Fear clinic or not, she is not only one of the best instructors around, she is an amazing human being to work with!!!!:ski2:

Sadly, I would take that bet. I heard from instructors that they don't have enough help to stay open.......what a pity because the snow is great!!! You people in Colorado are SO lucky!! But I have to say, I still love Tahoe!!!!

They didn't have enough help to keep going before....but they found a way. I'm not giving up on them yet. :D

(They try to keep it quiet....so that the locals can continue to ski with limited lifts open....and no crowds.... shhhhhhhhhhhhh...)

We've got the same problem at Tremblant. They are open now, closing Monday and opening Friday 18th for the weeeknd. Staff is a problem. Most booked trips etc for next week. Or are moving on to the summer job.
