the boots on YOUR feet

Atomic M110's with the toes blown out and custom footbeds from the Sport Loft. My first pair of boots that have been truly comfortable! Yay!

Dalbello Krypton Storm. Great fit for my average width foot with a very high instep. I'm wondering how the Kryzma would fit - same as the storm?
Kryzma is the same shell fit but stiffer tongue. I'm really leaning toward getting it on my next go around, unless dalbello has something new to offer me.

Love my Dalbello Krypton Storm!

Soloman Scarletts for me. Got them at the end of last season. Is the first time in 5 years that my feet and toes didn't absolutely kill me. No black toe either!!! Absolutely love them. I did discover they leak in the front though.
Will have to fix that. Also, custom beds for me as well. I also have a little lift in them.

Rossi Xena 12's. Custom Kort footbeds and a slight blow out on the little toe side. So different from my Rossi Saphir's. (5 years old.)

Lange Freeride 110.

I have a love/hate/like relationship with these boots! I love the close fit and the increased control that brings into play. I really hate the way the tongue slips in front of the shell when putting them on/taking them off, the shell inevitably scrapes the top of my foot. I skied in them today for the first time in seven weeks and I discovered I still have a bootfitter visit in my very near future.

Salomon Rush 8

love em, comfy and very snug, nice narrow heel pocket and good side firmness but with forward flex. I think I just need to lower the pressure a bit on top of the right foot.

my guy friends with Salomons said they had front leak too, but a little duct tape fixed it just fine. He said black duct tape, but I was wondering if another color might be cooler. : )

Lange Freeride boots. 2005 model.....2006 model is too wide in heel pocket, so this is my last pair of Langes. Will then to go Fischers.

Nice comfy boot, soft flex, but great close fit that gives me a lot of control. Custom insoles. My feet are happy!:becky:

Head Edge 10.7, got them this past September. (Anniversary present form my sweetie) Love them, they are comfortable and fit well. I have really big calves and have a hard time finding a boot that works for me, this one definitely does the job!

Third year on Head Lady Edge 10.7, and I love 'em. Perfect for my narrow, low-volume foot. Props to the boot salesman who convinced me to buy those over the 9.7 after hearing my skiing history- "based on what you've done so far, you'd outgrow those too quickly. Go for the more advanced boot."

I Love My Lovely Langes! :D

Well since I started skiing in December 2004 I had been in Nordica W8W's in size 24.5. Turns out these were way too big in many many ways. So Sunday I got myself a brand new pair of Salomon Idol 8's in size 23. No pain or hot spots but may have a little bit of circulation impingement to work out. I'm going to be wearing them nightly this week (before skiing on Saturday) to try and figure this out/find the comfy spot. I think last night I figured out one spot that was responsible. I may be back to the fitter after Saturday skiing, we'll see how it goes.

Salomon Instinct 9's here. Over 20 days in them so far this season, and they feel just as good (better, even) as when I bought them. All day comfort, warm, and great performance.

Solomon X-wave 9.0. About 4 years old. Bought right before getting pregnant (surprise, obviously lol). Loved them...then I had a couple of tough years on them (tons of extra baby weight, change of foot shape), but this year I think they have finally started fitting right again. I was thinking of getting new ones, but won't now. I think they may be wearing out, but that may be why they finally fit better. Maybe next year...drooled over some new boots at the ski shop, they seem so much softer and more comfy than mine.

I have Tecnica Attiva v2.8's. Got them this year and love them. Nice and snug without any pinching. Just enough flex for the type of skiing I do.

Salomon Xwave 10's with custom footbeds. Absolutely love them.

I'm also on Scarpa Magic AT boots.

Technica Attiva Flames, got them a couple of months ago. They're heaven....perfect fit from the first day, no observable break-in period. I previously spent 2+ seasons in Nordica Beast 10's....which turned out to be torture chambers for my particular foot shape (high arch, high instep, the Beast's were beastly to get my foot in and out of, and every time I wore them I had to take at least one break during the day to get out of them for relief. They were a proper fit size-wise, but just totally wrong for my spazzy feet.

With the Technica's I use the custom footbeds I got to go with the Beasts....and I just needed two different tweaks to get the the whole thing just right. I love the Technica's....comfortable all day long, easy in and out, and they look great too!
