Testing Proves It--Girls Like Pink

Pink? Ewwww...
I guess I must not be a proper girl since I've never loved pink. Not even when I was little and loved to wear dresses.

My kayak helmet is pink, and I must admit that I'm always a little embarassed when I wear it. Maybe my embarassment has something to do with the razzing I get whenever I wear it, or maybe it has to do with the tending-toward-blonde moments that I have sometimes when I boat. lol

I don't have any pink skiing gear, but if you look good in pink, why not wear it?

I also have no pink skiwear but was proud to have pink and lavender as my wedding colors! I think pink is wonderful!

I'm not a pink person, I'm a girl who loves black. A nice purple can be fantastic though. Personally, I'd rather ski gear not be pink, but color's not what matters, so I only care so much. I do have a pair of pink ski socks that I aquired at a clearance event, the only color they had, and the source of much amusement for my those who know me.

I've never been pink that I recall. Purple, fuschia, and red, now, they're okay. I've refused to ski on pink skis, that's for sure, and you better not put flowers on them either.

My daughter was very pink for years until around 6th grade. Now she is UN-PINK, won't even settle for magenta (which I like). She also hates the fact that Nordica put women with big boobs on their women's line this year. What's with THAT, anyway? She wanted some last year when the figure was smaller and less noticeable, but this year's skis, forget it.

I used to absolutely HATE pink. Until I got good at sports where I'm wearing all this gear and no one can tell I'm a woman underneath it. Nowadays - I have pink goggles, pink bikes, pink jerseys... I want guys to know that the person passing them is a chick. ;)

And I don't mind flower designs as long as they're bold - like surfer style or 60's psychadelic flowers - not frilly looking flowers.

I've always loved pink. In high school and college I was very preppy - lots of pink and green. I'm not preppy anymore, but I still wear pink quite a bit. My boys wanted me to get a pink helmet - but I thought that was too much, so I got grey instead - it goes well with pink!

Yeah, I think the Olympia logo was an odd choice - reminds me of Playboy for some reason. And the style of writing for the "X-Balance System" bindings are even more troublesome -- it looks like "SEX" on the front binding. But still I love my skis. :ski2:

I bought the 2007 Line Elizabeths on sale, which means they have the pink and blue girls on them. I'm not crazy about the 2007 graphics (I like the 2008s better), but the 2007s were on sale. I've decided to ignore any comments I get about them.
