I have always been a Tecnica fan. I bought the Tecnica Attiva Flames back in December. I love, love, love this boot. I bought the HotForm version which is warmed up and molded to your foot for an incredible fit. You can continually have the liner re-molded to your foot as many times as you want. A bonus that comes with the HotForms is a plug-in on the side of the boot and you can purchase adapters for your car that warm up the boot (I love this because I plug the boots in on my way up the hill and they are nice and toasty when I slip my foot in them). You can also purchase an adapter that dries the liner. The boot fitter at the ski shop also put in heal raises that force my weight forward and I had foot beds put in the boot. They fit great and feel wonderful skiing...it was a whole new experience for me.
