What's her ski level? For intermediate women I highly recommend Anne Marie Bruner at Alpine Meadows, she's a delightful woman and a wonderful instructor.

I know alot of instructors who work in the Tahoe area, however mostly males.. but very very good instructors. Richard Jamison- the
2.I.C of the APSI (Australian Professional Snowsports Instructors) is a great coach for women- he has a brilliant eye for detail and understands how women move on their skis. He works out of Heavenly.
Kerrie Mault- who I work very closely with in Australia is also another great instructor that anyone would have a fabulous time with and learn alot- she is currently in Sierra.
