Summit County Demos?

There are 2 Volkl skis that I would love to demo when I'm at the Diva Summit in March depending on conditions: Kiku and Aurora. Do any of you CO Divas know of a good demo shop in Frisco, Dillon, or at one of the mountains where I can reserve a particular ski to demo? :becky:

Eek, I can't remember off the top of my head but I will get you the info if nobody else has it.

Christy Sports has a pretty good demo program. I know that they will let you apply a portion of what you spend on your demo toward the purchase of that ski. There is a shop in River Run in Keystone and one in Silverthorne, not sure about the other towns. They definitely carry Volkl too.

I have demoed at Mountain Sports Outlet also and have had good experiences there. You can reserve your skis online ahead of time so you know they'll be there.

Also, there is a shop in Frisco right near the Safeway, I think it's Pioneer Sports. I have never demoed there, but we used to get our skis tuned there all the time. They did the best job and always got my bevel right. They are probably worth a look too.

Precision Ski in Frisco and they also have a shop in Keystone. They carry a full line of Volkl.

There are ski-in ski-out demos on the mountain at Vail and BC; don't knowif they carry Volkl but will find out this year since I too want to try the Aura.

Yes, Precision is the one I was thinking of too. Thanks Katy.

10 or so years ago, when I bought my first pair of shaped skis, I demoed at BC at the top of the Centennial lift. They had Volkls back then. I'll never forget falling in love with those Volkl G3 20/20s and then strapping my 190 Rossi's back on. I almost didn't know how to turn on the straights after skiing the shaped skis. Good memories.
