If you have little kids, you might be interested in this:

The American Ski Company (ASC) has teamed up with Nickelodeon to introduce SpongeBob SquarePants skis and snowboards and Dora the Explorer skis, as well as helmets and winter accessories. These will actually be made by Rossignol, Giro, Chaos and Gordini, and will be available only at ASC resorts: Killington and Mount Snow in Vermont; Sunday River and Sugarloaf/USA in Maine; Attitash in New Hampshire; Steamboat in Colorado; and The Canyons in Utah.

I sense a trend. Earlier this year, Elan announced a partnership with Mattel to offer a line of Barbie skis for young girls (go here for TheSkiDiva thread on this).

Hey, if it gets the kids skiing, then I'm all for it.
